Summer Dinner Pairing

​Join us for an amazing evening with a featured menu from Chef David Dennis.

Chef, along with two of Matador Cantina’s finest bartenders, Monika and Chris, just recently had the fortunate opportunity to visit Jalisco, Mexico. During their travels, they toured the Fortaleza distillery and were blown away by the craftsmanship, quality, and flavors of their tequilas. This menu is Chef’s sampling of some of the foods and cocktails from the Tequila Valley.

Doors and bar open at 6:30 pm. Dinner begins promptly at 7:00 pm.

Cancellations are accepted, but 50% of the purchase price is non-refundable after booking. Total purchase price is $82 per person, which includes tax and service.


First Course: Mexican Fruit Salad with diced jicama, cucumber, mango, watermelon, and pineapple tossed with chamoy and lime juice

The Jimmy Buffet with pineapple infused Fortaleza Silver, coconut juice, tequila soaked pineapple

Second Course: Seafood Cocktail with shrimp, scallops, and fresh vegetables in a tangy spicy tomato broth
